Godrej Properties' sales bookings for the quarter recorded high, causing a 6% Surge in Price


Godrej Properties has reported a 40% increase in sales volumes for the full financial year, in terms of area, from 10.84 million sq. ft. to 15.21 million sq. ft.


The sales volumes for the fourth quarter also surged by 19% in terms of area, from 4.42 million sq. ft. to 5.25 million sq. ft.



Additionally, the company's Q4 FY23 collections reached Rs 3,822 crore, marking a 127% sequential growth and a 52% annual growth.


These updates caused a surge in the stock price of the real estate developer. As of 10.20 am, the stock had risen by 5.57% to Rs 1187.95 on the BSE.
